The Red Arrows team will be opening Kent’s leading land and air festival on Saturday 19 June, in addition to their confirmed appearance on Father’s Day on Sunday 20 June, when they will be closing the packed programme of flying.
Gates Open at 10.00 am on Saturday 19th and at 10.30 am on Sunday
Closing time: 10.00 pm on Saturday 19th and 6.00 pm on Sunday
Flying Programme
Saturday 19th June:
The first event in the UK to host the Red Arrows Display Team who will open Saturday’s programme at 12.15.
Main display begins at 2.05 and closes at 3.30 and includes a specially choreographed tribute to the 70th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain
Sunday 20th June:
Flying display starts at around 3.00 pm with another chance to welcome the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. The display will be closed by the Red Arrows at 5.00 pm.
Entertainment Programme:
Once again, a packed programme of live music and entertainment stretching over the entire weekend.
From 11.00 each morning don’t miss our whacky walkabout acts – and some amazing performances from some of the top street acts in the UK.
Saturday evening’s Concert:
Saturday evening sees the return of the popular evening concert with the Magic of the Beatles kicking off at 7.30 pm from the main stage.

Margate's Big Event in Kent is usually held in June over two days attracting about 65,000 visitors.
